Miami Beach, Florida – Art Basel Miami Beach 2025, North America’s premier art fair, is set to captivate visitors from December 5 to 7, with VIP previews commencing earlier in the week. The event, now in its 23rd year, promises a diverse array of exhibitions, installations, and experiences, including a highly anticipated Andy Warhol painting valued at $18 million and a unique digital art installation featuring robot dogs with human heads. Art Basel itself promoted the event, stating, "A must-see in person."

Among the standout pieces, Lévy Gorvy Dayan will present Andy Warhol's iconic "Muhammad Ali" (1977), available for an estimated $18 million. This significant work will be displayed in the Miami Beach Convention Center, the same venue where Ali, then Cassius Clay, famously defeated Sonny Liston in 1964. The fair's new Zero 10 sector, dedicated to digital art, will showcase a groundbreaking work by Beeple, featuring robot dogs with human heads modeled after public figures like Andy Warhol, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk, designed to interact with fairgoers and offer free NFTs.

The fair will bring together 283 leading international galleries, emphasizing the Americas as a hub for creative dialogue, with a strong focus on Latinx, Indigenous, and diasporic art practices. Notable presentations include Jeffery Deitch’s "The Great American Nude" and Berry Campbell’s homage to female Abstract Expressionists like Elaine de Kooning and Helen Frankenthaler. El Apartamento will make history as the first Cuban-founded gallery to exhibit at the fair, presenting works by Cuban artists exploring identity.

Beyond the main fair, Miami Art Week, running from December 1-7, will feature numerous satellite events and exhibitions. Design Miami, located adjacent to Art Basel, will present "20 must-see things," including Es Devlin's "Library of Us," a 50-foot revolving library on Miami Beach. The Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) Miami will kick off its winter season with new shows, and the Rubell Museum will feature a solo presentation by rising painter Joanna van Son.

The event also includes a robust "Conversations" program, with a special day dedicated to the convergence of art and sports on Thursday, December 4, featuring speakers such as two-time Super Bowl champion Malcolm Jenkins. This year's Art Basel Miami Beach continues to blend high art with cultural experiences, brand collaborations, and a vibrant social scene, solidifying its status as a global art destination.
