Samson Mow, CEO of Bitcoin adoption firm JAN3, has reiterated his conviction that Bitcoin could reach a valuation of $1 million, emphasizing that investors have a limited window to acquire the cryptocurrency at current price levels. Mow's remarks, highlighted in a recent CoinDesk interview, underscore his long-standing bullish outlook despite recent market fluctuations.

"Samson Mow (@Excellion CEO of @JAN3com) argues that $1 million BTC is still possible and warns that time is running out to buy bitcoin at low prices," CoinDesk announced on social media.

Mow's prediction, which he first made in May, suggests Bitcoin could achieve this milestone by December 2025, representing an 822% surge from its recent trading price of approximately $108,461. He bases this forecast on Bitcoin's inherent scarcity, increasing institutional adoption, and its potential to outperform traditional safe-haven assets like gold. He noted that Bitcoin's next rally would "put gold's rally to shame," drawing parallels to Bitcoin's 2016-2017 bull run which occurred with minimal institutional support.

The JAN3 CEO attributes Bitcoin's current reduced volatility to consistent demand from Bitcoin treasury companies and spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). He posits that these factors create a reliable buying pressure, preventing significant price drops. Mow also highlighted a "max pain theory," suggesting that a gradual, easy ascent for Bitcoin is unlikely, and instead, a rapid, parabolic surge is more probable once wider adoption takes hold.

Mow envisions a future where central banks and nation-states increasingly embrace Bitcoin, especially as global economic uncertainties persist. He believes that as Bitcoin approaches higher valuations, more sovereign entities will join the "race" to acquire it, further accelerating its price appreciation. This perspective contrasts with critics like Peter Schiff, who argue that gold is a safer asset and more likely to reach $1 million before Bitcoin.
