London-based Fyxer AI, a rapidly growing developer of AI-powered executive assistants, has successfully closed a $30 million Series B funding round. The investment, spearheaded by Madrona with additional participation from Lakestar Capital and existing investors, is set to significantly accelerate the company's mission to enhance professional productivity by automating routine administrative tasks. This substantial capital injection underscores increasing investor confidence in AI solutions aimed at optimizing time management for professionals.

Karan Mehandru, Managing Director at Madrona, publicly announced the investment via tweet, stating, "Stoked to be able to share our investment in @fyxerai partnership with the @fyxerai team led by Richard, Archie and Matt." As part of this strategic deal, Mehandru will join the Fyxer board. The funding round also saw continued support from previous investors, including 20VC, 20Growth, and Salesforce founder Marc Benioff, reinforcing the company's strong backing.

Founded in 2024, Fyxer AI provides intuitive productivity tools that integrate seamlessly into existing professional workflows. Its platform automates critical tasks such as email management, meeting summaries, scheduling, and proactive follow-ups. CEO Richard Hollingsworth emphasized that Fyxer was created to solve the "draining cycle of repetitive yet essential tasks that consume professionals’ energy and limit their potential."

Fyxer AI has demonstrated remarkable market traction, scaling its annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $1 million to $17 million within just seven months. The company currently serves over 180,000 users, who have collectively generated more than 15 million draft replies and over half a million meeting notes. This rapid adoption, coupled with an impressive 90% user retention rate after three months, highlights the strong demand for accessible and effective AI productivity tools.

The newly secured funds will primarily be allocated to accelerating product development and expanding operations within the United States. Fyxer AI anticipates doubling its team, with a significant focus on US-based hires, and further evolving its natural language chat capabilities. Co-founder and CRO Archie Hollingsworth articulated the company's vision for the future, stating, "We see a world where time on screens is minimised and impact at work is maximised."
