Global stock markets have reached an unprecedented valuation of approximately $143.8 trillion in market capitalization, signaling a period of robust growth. This significant milestone comes as world stocks have collectively added an astonishing $83.0 trillion in value, representing a 137% increase, since the market lows of 2020. The rapid expansion underscores what many analysts are calling a historic global bull run, reflecting sustained investor confidence and economic recovery.

The current market surge builds on recent momentum, with global stocks skyrocketing by $33.8 trillion, or 31%, since April 2025 alone. This accelerated growth rate positions the market for further expansion. According to financial analysis firm The Kobeissi Letter, which highlighted these figures, the trajectory suggests continued upward movement.

"Global stock markets have reached a record $143.8 TRILLION in market cap," stated The Kobeissi Letter on social media. "Since the April 2025 low, the value of world stocks has skyrocketed +$33.8 trillion, or +31%."

Several factors are contributing to this prolonged bull market. Economic recoveries across major global economies, coupled with technological advancements and robust corporate earnings, have fueled investor optimism. Central bank policies, while varying, have also played a role in maintaining liquidity and supporting asset prices.

The Kobeissi Letter further projects that if the current pace persists, global stock market capitalization gains since 2020 will exceed $100 trillion by the end of 2025. This would push the total value of world stocks past the $150 trillion mark for the first time in history. Such a development would cement the current period as one of the most remarkable growth phases in financial history.

"Furthermore, global markets have added a whopping +$83.0 trillion in value, rising +137%, since the 2020 low," the firm added. "At the current pace, global stock market cap gains since 2020 will exceed $100 trillion by the end of 2025. As a result, world stocks will surpass $150 trillion for the first time in history."

While the market exhibits strong performance, analysts continue to monitor macroeconomic indicators, inflation trends, and geopolitical developments for potential impacts on future growth. The sustained upward trajectory, however, reflects a broad-based recovery and significant capital accumulation in global equities.
