Aaron Jacob Greenspan has initiated his seventh legal complaint in five years against Elon Musk and Omar Qazi, known online as Whole Mars Catalog, reigniting a protracted legal battle marked by allegations of cyberstalking and harassment. The latest lawsuit, filed by Greenspan, continues a series of disputes between the parties.

Omar Qazi, the individual behind the Whole Mars Catalog account, announced the new legal action on social media. "My Cyberstalker Aaron Jacob Greenspan is suing me and Elon Musk again, with his seventh complaint in five years," Qazi stated in the tweet, further adding, "Sorry to ask, but no choice" as he sought financial support for his defense.

Court records confirm the ongoing legal proceedings, with recent filings in the case of Greenspan v. Musk showing activity as late as September 2025. This latest complaint follows a history of legal actions by Greenspan against Musk and Qazi, which Qazi characterizes as "legal extortion" and a "SLAPP-suit." Previous lawsuits filed by Greenspan have reportedly been dismissed.

Qazi has publicly accused Greenspan of a long-standing "short and distort campaign against Tesla" and alleged that Greenspan misused his charity, Think Computer Foundation (doing business as PlainSite), for personal gain related to short-selling activities. Qazi claims Greenspan has a history of harassing those who speak out against him, including making demands for payment to drop lawsuits.

The dispute stems from allegations by Qazi that Greenspan, after a prior lawsuit was dismissed, appealed and then filed subsequent complaints, vowing to "harass me for the rest of his life." The ongoing legal saga highlights the contentious relationship between Greenspan and the defendants, with both sides making serious accusations.
