Inforcer Raises $35 Million in Series B to Advance Microsoft 365 Management for SMBs

London-based startup Inforcer, a company specializing in solutions that help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and manage Microsoft 365, security, and other services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), has successfully closed a $35 million Series B funding round. The investment, led by Dawn Capital with participation from existing investor Meritech Capital, reportedly values the company at over $200 million, according to a source cited by Upstarts Media. This latest funding follows closely on the heels of its $19 million Series A completion in autumn 2024.

Inforcer's platform is designed to bridge the gap between MSPs and Microsoft, enabling SMBs globally to adopt enterprise-grade Microsoft technologies more effectively. The company, founded in 2022, provides tools that allow MSPs to standardize, deploy, back up, restore, and manage Microsoft 365 policies, user accounts, alerts, and security features across multiple client tenants. This addresses the challenge of underutilized advanced security and AI solutions within existing Microsoft licenses due to their inherent complexity.

The company has experienced significant growth, reporting a tenfold increase in sales over the past year and expanding its team from eight to 110 employees. Inforcer currently supports over 1,000 MSPs within its community, with a strategic focus on deepening its presence in the U.S. market. The fresh capital is earmarked for accelerating product development and further expanding its operational footprint, particularly in key international markets.

According to Jamie Daum, CEO of Inforcer, the company is leading the charge for cloud-first MSPs by facilitating a modern approach to tenant management. This enables MSPs to unlock powerful Microsoft security and AI solutions for their SMB customers, moving away from traditional server management revenue streams. The investment underscores the growing demand for specialized solutions that simplify the deployment and management of complex cloud environments for businesses of all sizes.
