Sacramento, CA – A 10-day-old infant, Riley Stella Ruth Hermosillo, and her mother, 41-year-old Alexisse Marshall, who were reported missing under concerning circumstances, have been located safe. The pair was last seen earlier today, around 1:30 PM, in the area of Elk Grove Blvd & Hwy 99, according to a social media announcement from the Sacramento Sheriff's Office. A family member reported them missing at approximately 5 PM after returning home to find them gone.
