Palmer Luckey Accuses Jason Calacanis of 'Damage Control' After Two-Month Talk Delay

Tech entrepreneur Palmer Luckey has publicly denounced a recent apology from All-In Podcast co-host Jason Calacanis, accusing him of ongoing misconduct and misrepresenting facts. Luckey's statement on social media asserts that Calacanis's "horrible" behavior extends beyond a decade ago, continuing "all the way up to the present day." This public rejection follows a period of controversy surrounding the delayed release of Luckey's talk at the All-In Summit.

Luckey specifically referenced Calacanis's justification for delaying his All-In Summit talk for "almost two months," which Calacanis attributed to a review of his past statements regarding Luckey. "Your publicly stated conclusion, after all that, was that you didn't regret anything you said because it was all 100% accurate," Luckey stated. He further claimed that Calacanis issued an apology "in the moment" only to "publicly take it back" later.

The founder of Anduril Industries also accused Calacanis of consistently lying about him and his associates. Luckey highlighted false claims that he refused to answer questions about his firing, despite "transcripts from your own show demonstrating otherwise." He also refuted allegations that his co-founders photoshopped pictures to make Calacanis "look fat," clarifying they were "perfect screen captures from your CNBC interviews."

Luckey's statement continued by challenging Calacanis's recent assertion of being "friends with the entire Anduril board of directors" and that there was "no bad blood regarding your 'jokes' towards me." He dismissed these claims as "total bullshit with no purpose but elevating yourself and tearing me down, as if you are the good guy in this whole thing." Luckey concluded by characterizing the entire exercise as "pure damage control on your part, and you know it," underscoring the long-standing public feud between the two prominent tech figures.
