PhotoRoom's primary offering is its AI-powered background removal tool, which allows users to easily create studio-quality product images. Rouif emphasized the company's focus on authenticity, ensuring that while backgrounds can be generated, the core product image remains unaltered to build trust with consumers. This approach has attracted major enterprise clients like DoorDash and Amazon, and its API was notably used for the Barbie movie's social media campaign.

Rouif highlighted PhotoRoom's mission to democratize professional visual creation, enabling small business owners and entrepreneurs to produce high-quality imagery without needing extensive design skills or expensive equipment. He foresees AI accelerating the rise of solopreneurs and small businesses globally. The CEO also touched upon the company's commitment to ethical AI, including spending "millions" on licensed training data to ensure responsible development and avoid issues like hallucinations.
