Former U.S. Representative Justin Amash has issued a stark warning regarding MAGA, Inc., asserting that the political action committee is constructing an "un-American, anti-Constitution, authoritarian system." In a recent social media post, Amash contended that this system would ultimately be "leveraged against American conservatives, Christians and people of faith, and all who support fundamental and traditional American values," urging followers to "Stop empowering the state."

Amash, a former Republican who later served as an independent and Libertarian before rejoining the GOP, has been a consistent critic of centralized power and former President Donald Trump. His recent statement underscores a long-held libertarian philosophy emphasizing limited government and constitutional adherence. He is currently running as a Republican in Michigan's Senate race, campaigning on a platform of "principled, consistent constitutional conservative" representation.

MAGA, Inc. operates as a prominent super PAC supporting Donald Trump and his political agenda. Established in 2022, the committee is authorized to raise and spend unlimited amounts of money to influence elections, often through independent expenditures. Financial disclosures indicate significant fundraising, with reports showing substantial contributions, including $177 million collected in the first half of 2025, double the amount raised by the Republican National Committee during the same period.
