Republican U.S. Senate candidate Nate Morris, vying for Kentucky's open Senate seat, has publicly advocated for an immediate and complete moratorium on immigration into the United States. Morris asserted his stance, stating, “Their plan was a flood of illegal immigration. Our answer is an immigration moratorium,” in a recent social media post promoting his op-ed on Fox News. Morris's proposal calls for halting all immigration until every undocumented immigrant currently residing in the country is deported.
