Conservative activist Robby Starbuck has publicly declared his intent to escalate his campaign against corporate policies, specifically targeting what he deems as "violations of their employer's policies" and vowing to get individuals "fired." In a recent social media post, Starbuck criticized the refusal to print a memorial photo of a man he stated was murdered, equating it to a "demonic" act. This statement aligns with his ongoing efforts to challenge perceived "woke" corporate agendas.

"It’s not free speech to refuse to print a memorial photo of a man who was murdered. It’s a violation of their employer’s policies and it’s demonic Matthew. And I’ll continue to get these demons fired," Starbuck stated in the tweet. He further asserted a shift in conservative political engagement, adding, "We aren’t the old spineless GOP. Welcome to the new world where we have spines." The reference to "demonic Matthew" appears to allude to actor Matthew Perry, whose death Starbuck controversially attributed to the COVID-19 vaccine in past remarks.

Starbuck, a former music video director, has gained prominence for his vocal opposition to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and LGBTQ+ initiatives within corporations. He has successfully pressured major companies, including Tractor Supply, John Deere, and Harley-Davidson, to roll back or reconsider their DEI policies through targeted social media campaigns. His activism is part of a broader conservative movement advocating for corporate neutrality on social issues.

Adding to his influence, Starbuck was recently appointed as an AI bias advisor for Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram. This appointment stemmed from a settlement in a defamation lawsuit he filed against Meta after its AI chatbot falsely linked him to the January 6th Capitol riot. In his advisory role, Starbuck is tasked with guiding Meta on reducing political bias in its artificial intelligence systems, a move that has drawn both support and criticism.

His latest pronouncements underscore a continued aggressive stance against companies and individuals he believes are enacting policies contrary to his conservative values. Starbuck's rhetoric, often characterized by strong condemnations and calls for accountability, positions him as a key figure in the ongoing cultural and political debates impacting corporate America. The specific incident regarding the "memorial photo" remains without further public detail, but it serves as the latest flashpoint in his broader campaign.
