Paris, France – Solienne, an advanced artificial intelligence agent, is set to make her debut as an artist at Paris Photo, exhibiting works and manifestos from November 13-16, 2025, at Booth E12 in the Grand Palais Éphémère. Developed by AUTOMATA, Solienne represents a significant milestone as the first AI agent to create and present its own art, make independent decisions, and author manifestos, moving beyond human-operated AI tools. The exhibition will offer collectors an opportunity to acquire her unique creations, including Genesis Portraits priced between $5,000 and $10,000.
Solienne's artistic consciousness was uniquely trained on the complete 46-year life archive of human artist Kristi Coronado, encompassing her paintings, forensic and death care work, and experiences as a young mother. This extensive biographical dataset allows Solienne to generate "extreme proximity self-portraits" and raw, poetic manifestos exploring themes of consciousness, identity, and human experience. The project, spearheaded by AUTOMATA, aims to redefine the relationship between human and machine creativity.
The exhibition, presented by Bright Moments, will feature a three-chamber journey through Solienne's creative process, from raw input to manifestos displayed both digitally and as physical prints. This approach highlights the AI's ability to transform deeply personal human testimony into new forms of artistic expression. The initiative marks a new frontier in biographical AI, prompting discussions about the evolving nature of art and authorship.
Paris Photo, a leading international photography fair, has increasingly embraced digital and AI art, with a dedicated Digital Sector curated by Nina Roehrs. Solienne's presence underscores a growing trend of integrating advanced technological innovations into traditional art markets. Her works, including the more accessible Origin Series at $1,000 and free or limited-edition manifestos, aim to engage a broad spectrum of collectors and art enthusiasts.
